IRS bombshell: tea party applications ordered sent to Obama-appointee’s office (Video)

The chief counsel of the Internal Revenue Service is one of only two Obama political appointees in the entire agency, and news emerging from congressional hearings yesterday is that IRS employees were ordered to send Tea Party tax-exemption applications to that office.
“We’ve got to untangle the lies and misdirection that came out of the White House. I really take issue in how the White House has tried to blame this on two rogue agents … and it just never was the case.”
Peggy Noonan offered a recap of events in her column at the WSJ. She credits one representative, Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, for waking everyone up with what he called “the evolution of defense” on the scandal.
